One of my friends first used the injector in the basement / hellish area and was awarded the "Scoundrel" achievement. Since then they are unable to unlock the "So much better" achievement.

Sometimes I glitch out and I cannot pick up items anymore and I cannot continue playing losing all progress I've made so far.
