Unwinnable situations
You can get stuck if you kill all the leaders in the 2end area or lose your savegame if you hit test-area even once.

Yes the test area is fixed for next update. How do you get stuck when killing all the leaders? You mean if you fight RoA?
You can still access the bunker with any key card.

Well I killed the New order camp, then turned in the quest - but turning in the quest results in a loop where i can get the reward endlessly, but am unable to leave the talk/conversation. So I killed him, but he and his buddys don't drop any keycards. Maybe he should always drop one under those circumstances.
