As a robot wars fan and someone who builds these robots irl, I love this game. Playing around with the stock robots is absolutely amazing. Destroying HONK is absolutely fun.

Some feedback for additions to the game that may make it a bit more noob friendly:
There isn't a proper tutorial on how each of the bots work or with the workshop. I figured out controlling robots over time but the workshop still is a bit of a mystery to me. Moreover I do have the privilege of having built some fighter robots irl so I know roughly what components go where and are needed, but i think a step by step tutorial showing you how to build a robot with each active weapon class (flipper, axe, spinner etc) would be appreciated.
Also when a match ends, the UI doesnt make it obvious you need to press esc to exit the match, or if a match ends, maybe take you back to the menu automatically after say 10 seconds?


Some bugs i did find:
If a robot gets ripped apart or loses its battery and is set on fire, the 10 second counter doesnt appear.
Trying to edit the controls softlocks the game, as theres no (at least for me) obvious method of closing the menu.
If the match ends with no clear winner (ie goes to judges decision) nothing happens (this might be there isnt a judge as of yet).
The sound effects don't sound where the collision appears to be (might be a me problem though)

House robots
Community robot sharing using the workshop.

Overall this game is really good. Im sure once i get the hang of building robots it will be even better.
