Dear store managers, we will conduct maintenance and update from 14:00 to 17:00 (GMT+8) on Jan.8th. Please arrange the game time and get offline in advance. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The following are the contents of this update:

-New level 37 regular formula: [Gauntlets of Blood Crow]
-Increased level limit of some heroes
-Increased 3 painting decorations

-Spring Festival activities in 2024 (2025.1.9~2.10)
*The theme decoration of the Spring Festival, Twisted Egg, is open for a limited time;
*Spring Festival themed flooring and wallpaper are open for purchase. Go to the furniture - purchase interface to view
*The skin of the reception desk is open for purchase. Go to the reception desk skin interface to view
*The "Spring Festival town scene" of the prop house is open for a limited time;
*The Spring Festival Carnival activities and town events were launched to win rich rewards for completing tasks;
*Equip any hero with any 6 Spring Festival props and unlock the drawing "Spring Wind Jade Flute";
*The Spring Festival login activity will be launched during the activity;

-Recharging activity copying (2025.1.9~2.10)
*Recharge any amount during the event to get the following rewards:
*288 diamonds* The original painting of the Spring Festival with high decorative points: Eva "Skyscraper"
*Legendary equipment that does not occupy the inventory: flame bottle green leaf ring ice sealed scroll

Shop orders don't work anymore

Since a few days the orders from the other shops don't work correctly anymore for me. Either there is none at all, or a customer is in my shop and when I click on it only a blank window appears with chinese text in it on the left side. Has this happened to anyone else? Can I do something to get it fixed or is this a problem serverside?...

Unable to log in for 5 days now

Hi all, hoping someone has some advice for me. I am having trouble logging into my game. I usually play on the Global server. But when I click play, it stays on "Loading...." I was able to log into the China server and start a new game, but cannot access the Global server. I have tried turning off the Steam overlay, verified game files, and tried to reinstall (making sure all files were deleted after uninstalling). Nothing has helped. Steam lists the support contact as Cadria's Facebook page; I tried to ...

-Increased level limit of some heroes
-Increased level limit of reception desk
-Increased level limit of robot
-Heavenly Blessings with Additional Effects
*Activate 2 at the same time: decoration points+500
*Activate 4 at the same time: reduce hero repair time by 20% (multiply and stack with hero's similar skills)
*Activate 6 at the same time: 20% chance to double the harvest of exploring special materials

-Christmas recharge activity replica(2024.11.27~2025.1.5)
Recharge any amount during the event to receive the following rewards:
*The start-up fund: 288 diamonds;
*Exclusive New blueprint: "Secret Scroll of Treasure";
*Legendary equipment: Christmas Gift Box, Christmas Gloves, Christmas Wand;

-Christmas activities in 2024 (2024.11.27~2025.1.5)
*When the Christmas Carnival is opened, you can win lots of rewards such as Christmas drawings and unlock the hero Ariel;
*After completing the Christmas town event, you can unlock the Christmas holiday drawings and "big star" Lillian;
*Green Pine Town is wrapped in snow. During the activity, Christmas scenes and background music will be opened for a limited time;
*Equip Rafina with any 7 Christmas themed props and unlock the "holiday hawker" fashion;
*Equip Asura with any 7 Christmas themed props to unlock the "Reindeer Doll" fashion;
