Definitly skill issue if he thinks Mr.X is OP.
Mr. X might be scary at first, but any decent player will quickly realize this guy is a joke. He's too slow to catch you, easy to run around, or dump off at rooms he won't enter. It's no wonder Nemesis is so much more dangerous in RE 3. Nemesis makes this guy look like a clown by comparison.
Mr. X is annoying, yes but not OP. I tested him in the main lobby of the RPD. He literally follows you in circles if you go up the stairs, around the balcony and back down the other set. The zombies would at least attempt to cut you off or climb over objects to get you. Mr. X literally follows your path.
He is a bit of a pain in hardcore because he does move faster, and the final boss fight with him is pretty tedious. I digress. It's ok as a spark notes version of the OG, but it will never be on the level of it.
