The main website has an update from 2021 just saying it's being worked on and no word since. Is all still good?

It seems that it only lets you manually adjust the graphics delay, but the INPUT delay is so far off that I can't even play the game. Why not have separate adjustments for both GRAPHICS timing and also the INPUT/JUDGEMENT timing? I've done the calibration, but it doesn't help at all. The game is still so out of sync that it is not playable....

The game uses about 70% of my CPU that is still higher than other games. And, if V-Sync is off, it goes all the way up to 95+%, even making other apps slow. Maybe it's just me, but I think it must be reported. My machine: Windows 10 64-bit / i5-6500 / GTX 1060 Game settings: Windowed scale x2...
