Game is not launching on windows 11, reinstalled XNA framework, deleted files from content and verified, nothing help, and i have managed to load it some time ago, please help, i've tried anything i could

The achievo description says to dodge all bullets of Sakuya's last spell card, and can be done in practice. I've done this before on easy, but I used two bombs, does it need to be no hit no bombs for the achievement to pop?
