Hi. Tonight I made a Board, but now can't open in mod editor... Possible to play, but custom spaces like paths... Can someone help me?

I don't know what to do. I have been working on a racing minigame for few weeks, but now I cannot open it in editor anymore. Trying to open it in editor freezes my game completely. I hope this issue is getting fixed soon. Can someone help me with this issue?

Hi there, I've been looking into this and found that for mods using a weapon component, the game would freeze when the mod is saved in the mod editor. When you press play in the mod editor it tries to save the mod, so that could also cause it.

1.14.1b has been released to address this but if you still have issues, please email your mod to info@rebuiltgames.com. Your mod should be located at: "C:\Users\<yourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Rebuilt Games\Pummel Party\WorkshopMods\<yourModName>".
Compress this folder into a zip file and attach it to the email, then we can look into what is causing it to fail to open. Thanks

Thanks for that, I've looked at your mod and it seems there are two images of a key in the "Assets/Textures/" folder (the ones starting with "DALL·E 2024-07-31 01.36.35....") with names that are too long for the mod editor to work with. The mod editor can only work with files that have a path length below the maximum Windows path length of 260 characters. If you find those two files in Windows Explorer and delete them, or shorten their names, then the mod should open fine in the editor.
The next patch will include better error handling so that files like this won't stop mods from opening correctly. Sorry for the trouble!
