Does this game run offline?

I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere.

Yes, but it connects to check the status of some cosmetic DLC so if you're offline it might prevent you using those.

Unfortunately I never bought it so I won't be of any help. Sorry.

That's too bad, I just hotspot for a few minutes from my cell to launch right now then turn it off to save data and it runs just fine, which is working for me, it is a minor nuisance.

It is a great game and if you liked the first two then you'll probably love this one. I am very pleased with it so far.

Thanks for that. I'll consider it when I'm done with the first two. I decided to take my time and enjoy the game world, particularly the second game. A great series.
