How much of the story is left after Shenmue 3?

The entirety of Ryo's journey was written way back in the 90s. I believe it comprises 16 chapters and the story up to the end of Shenmue 3 covers of the first 6 chapters. So Shenmue 1,2,3 is roughly 40% of the full story.
