What Deep Silver is also likely illegal in the EU. Law precedence in several countries shows that Kickstarter "donations" can be seen as purchases, which means Deep Silver is liable for false advertising. Talk about hypocrisy.

Oh it will be on steam, just some time later. They changed their tune ever so slightly when they went into damage control mode.

Other Kickstarters have refunded backers after signing a deal with Epic because that gave them more cash than the Kickstarter itself. Since you're keeping both the Kickstarter cash and the Epic cash, I think we can conclude that you're being quite greedy. But then again, as Jim Sterling would say: "Triple AAA companies don't want just some of the money, they want all of the money".
