Hey there,

Try to reconfigure your height via your HMD's software as well.

I have same problem with Rift S. Tried reconfiguring via SteamVR room setup, and via oculus's own setup, tried over and under compensating. Always knees bent.

I have a similar problem-if not the same- my avatar knees are always bending, and my arms are way too long. Like, ridiculously long. So long, even when my arms are fully stretched in real life, in the game they have a 90 angle with the elbow. The same happens when holding a gun. As the arms are way too long, they bend in wierd ways because of the difference between my real arms and my avatar arms.
And my avatar arms are always shaped like an inverted L shape, like there was an invisible thread pulling the elbows up to the celing, forming a 90° angle with my forearm. Like if I was about to chicken dance.
I tried reinstalling the game, removing my save files, desynching from steamcloud, changing height. I am using Occulus rift S. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Got this issue with the Index.

The headsets own height setup is correct, so that's not the issue.

It looks like you guys are referring to the incorrect body IK - the bent knees and arms are indeed a result of the current character model's suboptimal body IK.
The bent knees don't affect player speed, it just looks weird af.

We're aware of this and will rework it once we get there.

Is there any update on when this will be fixed? I'm on the Valve Index as well and was really looking forward to this game, but I'm having a hard time getting over this immersion breaking glitch.

Rift S, same issue. If I go to the room with a mirror, not only the mirror is all f-d up (rendered incorrectly somehow, wrong perspective etc.) but I can clearly see my character hands are always bent even if I fully stretch my real hands. My height is correctly auto-configured in-game at 190. Manually changing in-game height doesn't seem to affect this at all.

Is this related to the wrong body scale issue? Character has incorrect scale, hands and the rest of the body look huge.

HP Reverb G2 same issue. This is the only game so far that has this problem.

No ETA on a fix, but we'll probably make full body optional in the meantime.

Hmm. Thought about getting this game but something like this bugs the hell outta me. No pun intended. Maybe if this gets fixed I'll pick this title up.

My torso in this game goes from my neck to my knees lol. Def need to adjust the body proportions. Controllers/hands are not in line with actual hands either

Been almost 3 months and still no fix or option to turn off full body? I tried to be patient but now I'm screwed becuase its out of the allotted time for me to get a refund with steam so thats awesome.
