Just after the checkpoint on ghosts if you sprint and jump onto the ladder you need to climb up you become stuck on it. You can move up and down the ladder, just not climb onto the platform or back onto the ground. Did it by accident first time, recreated it again following the steps. (Can post/send a screenshot of it)
