Good news - the standalone Prologue is now up-to-date, making it possible to get that one last achievement.

Recompleted the Prologue, slaying every Proselyte in path. Achievement still didn't trigger.

I got the achievement yesterday on my first try. Maybe you didn't get all types of monsters to spawn?

Decided to give it one more try - and the achievement triggered. Odd though, don't remember encountering any Proselytes that weren't there in the first recompletion.

I believe it's random. You need to get a dungeon with all types of monsters to generate.

IIANM, Proselyte Guards are counted too, so yes.
