I have noticed that on some diagnoses the option to order a MRI or CT is not there when I have two of each and they are mentioned in discovering symptoms for a diagnosis. For example, the condition Pleurisy, has a symptom: Pleural Effusion [which is a red high risk symptom and I have a flashing missing symptom so need it]. ICU AI is extremly unreliable. Got a patient with open skull injury going into coma. Gets transported to ICU. gets set up in the ICU but they don't simply continue with giving life support, no. As you can allocate cleaning staff to rooms, the same should be to doctors/nurses/technicians etc. Too many are roaming around the hospital when they should be using the facilities closest to them [designed for them]. When I was a nurse, I didn't go to the other side of the hospital to go to the toilet. I went on the staff toilet on the ward. Also break times should be controlled too.
