A question about romantic relationship

Can I start romance in the third episode, if I didn't do it in the second?
I mean, If I choose friend option with Violet and save Louis, will it be possible to start romance with him later?
I've played only two episodes by now and I REALLY don't want spoilers, so please say just yes or no, if you know.

wait, in the second episode is that where you choose to either go hangout with louis in the piano room or with violet at the roof? because if so I would reccommend you to replay it AGAIN if you want a romance relationship with louis but I usually just did every flirting and romance encouter with him lol
