Sequel announced, but it won't be on steam.
The developers have announced a remake of Time Tenshi 2, but seem to not want to release it on steam. :<

I love how you said "seem to." After all, ever since their dodgy Kickstarter and Time Tenshi remake, Silver Cow seem to have gone radio silent on the PR front. Which is NOT good when transparency is key in the indie business.
