Need all Skills (Weapons) List.

I want to collect all skills/weapons, I might miss to get them because sometimes you get it when you talk some people. If you don't talk to, then you will not get it. So I really want to know where to get the skills/weapons so I cannot miss it. Thank you~

Hello! We can't figure out how to do that without spoilers, but we are working on it. We think that we will make wiki for Grimshade where we will put all the skill lists etc.

@ilya honestly I wish there was a lore book where all of the items are listed out but if you haven't gotten them yet they are just gray shadows with no information. That would at least let me know I am missing something.
