i assume their confusion is from this absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ your post oozes with. the game is still fun, unless you go to servers with tryhards, but, you know, just play with friends or bots if that's the only server option you have next to ping-mania.

What are all these assumptions you're making? The game is a ♥♥♥♥ fest its in a terrible state.. AI is laughable, I'd rather not have AI than have it in this state. Melee is boring and broken. It's been so nerfed/ changed that there's virtually no skill anymore, something also changed that caused the game to favour players with a lower ping.

Whole game is ♥♥♥♥, I don't know what you define as fun but when the game was competetive that was fun. I can't speak for you but I'm competetive, seing ping and broken melee and also luck being a huge factor in this pile of ♥♥♥♥ is underwhelming.

dude i kinda suck at the game (may be cause i'm playing in a bad computer right now) but i don't blame it on the mechanics of the game, they're not even that hard to learn, and the hitboxes aren't even close to bad, you either play with a really high ping or you are so bad at the game you're trying to blame it on something else, basically: You are nitpicking and biased, i win, bye bye!

Go play beta's (good luck finding any links) and see for yourself how much they've destroyed melee. Not just even melee but the whole game in general.

I played since the first betas came out and I personally don't see that much of a difference, but maybe that's because I always sucked at the game. Maybe alpha was better, but Idk since I wasn't playing back then. Neverthless, this game is still enjoyable for me and I like most of the new stuff they added.

I used to be really active in this game before it got launched on steam.... my brother Obito and I become some of the most infamous players at the time. I can confirm winning in this game used to be mostly decided by skill and outplaying your opponents. With the introduction of weapon throwing it kind've went downhill for me. As the game stopped rewarding skill and drifted more towards luck the desire to play this game faded away. As did most old active clans... ours included.... RIP (SC). - Tatoro
