I had to remove my pigeon cages to finish off my "base" aka bum house.... I can no loner place them down. Its green, I have all of the material, plenty of room... it even states that I can place it down... I need help on this please?! .... I verified cache just incase maybe it would help... no luck...

I am 99,9% sure I've gathered all the feathers. The ones I didn't come across anturally I followed a guide for, going through the entire guide for every location since I can't keep track of the ones I've gotten and the potentially ones I didn't get yet. However, I am still missing 1, despite visiting and checking every single location. Is this a bug, have feathers been added later via updates, have someone experienced the same?...
