"sweet pool" achievement
I've unlocked the other 11 achievements but this one hasn't unlocked yet. Has anyone else seen this or know what to do in game to get this?

Same. I think the game still have a lot of glitches cause I got my CG achievement after finishing 1 route which was weird :bcdoubt:

Tthis one only seems to unlock when you install the NSFW patch after completing all the other achievements. - I didn't have access to the 'Recollection library' without the patch at all but it's fully unlocked now so I /think/ that's required to get this achievement.

Yup, I installed the patch (just copy the whole "patch" folder into the folder with the game) and then in "extra" there are "recollection library". As you click on it there will be the last achivement (at least it is how i got it).
