There is a bug where your money does not reset in time before you start a new competition. For example: If you have 100xx money, earning roughly 1xx per opponent and you start a new competition, you immediately get 1xx. Allowing the player to buy all the parts within that budget.
I experienced this a few times as well and the 'sponsors cash' skill seems to be involved. I cannot reproduce even though it is very convenient when it happens of course, it does not make me a hacker.

It is a bug...

There are quite a few bugs. Pretty early when I started playing I once suddenly had E+216 money spent in a tournament. No cheating, just out of nowhere. Now there is a player who seems to jump from not being in the tournament to E+179 performance almost every event. I tried different brackets, but he's there most of the time.
Maybe the game is so dead we are only a handful of players left.

after a game crash i lost all my progress and started with nothing in the tutorial so i uninstalled and quit the game its broken bugged piece of crap

It's legit. They might have started the tournament hours before you did, they might have gotten a lucky race reset and simply started with a lot of cash to begin with due to a known game bug that happens from time to time. Or they simply have a higher level mechanics / support characters that net them more money than you have.

It is unlikely that is not a legit run for that player.

I want to put that in perspective for you. I started the tournament really late, with a few hours left to start. The person in first has 5.24e+177 cash spent. They didn't start with that much, they were already deep into their run by the time I started. It is entirely possible the person in first place in your tournament didn't just start the tournament.

i always started the tournaments when they start in the first 3 minutes and after i lost my progress and got reset i deleted the game because devs abondend this game already

I want to point out there is 40m left in the tournament which means the tournament is well removed from the starting point and there are many factors coming into play that put you so far behind.

it is unlikely that someone who just started the race an hour before the end is going to be in your race. It is more likely they started the race when you did and didn't show up until they restarted the game near the end and were put there by the game. I've restarted the game mid-run with nobody else on my leaderboard only to have other people show up on the leader board. They might not have been showing anyone on their leader board and now they have 4 other people. That is not proof of them cheating.

I'm going to point out that I have 11.7k hours of actual in-game playtime and hit Diamond 3, Race 6 in game. I know that legitimately happens all the time and that player is literally not cheating.
