What , doing their best to ignore players ?
People have been asking for months , and no fixes yet .
Not even a single news post as to why it happened .
As Shingou said , it has been known for a long time .
There is no excuse for this . They took our money , and broke the game afterwards .
Twice in fact . The first one , was when they added to the game almost 2 years ago . Everyones account was wiped . When that happened , the game was already full finished version . And you don´t get why people stopped playing ?
Before that update , I had a tier 4 car (after using real life money) . Since that update , up till now , I still don´t have a single tier 4 car .

So we (the players) don´t want to hear , you are doing your best . We want you to stop breaking the game , and fix what you broke . Fix the tournaments . Fix the random crashes to desktop .

Or maybe that´s exactly your agenda , since you have almost lost all your players ?
No wonder the gaming industry is going downhill . People are loosing faith in the gaming industry fast . Precisely because of ♥♥♥♥ like this . Developers getting their money , and leaves players behind with something broken .

I am this close to leave this game myself .

Hard Words, but i feel the same. "Our dev team try to do their best." is just an empty phrase. In other threads I read the same thing, but they are months old. Nothing has changed in that time. If your player base is important to you, then you would apologize and openly admit that you do not know the problem and then build in compensation if necessary. As Example: A better Daily reward as compensation.

Haven't been able to access World torney for close to 6mnths now, Regionals have been down for a month or two. Hard to progress when you can't earn Diamonds easily.

Ignored on Facebook.

I think my regionals have bugged, "no internet connection" when trying to collect rewards. Gang chat works fine though. Lost all my progress once due to power outage, tried the fix didn't work but I've worked my way back to better than before, but now this.

I just happend to me right now, this morning the tournament is over and when I hit check for rewards said: no internet connection, I dont know if prestige or wait it get fix, thats now a good gaming experience!

Deleted and ignored .
Developer on ban-list .

All peoples have this problems. Look at the Forum. Enough Thread about this problems. You dont need a detailed description for that. Every player and dev. can test that in seconds.
