I had made a question in the chat the question was:
can a player get to race lvl 422 in 3 hours? .
response to this is that this question conflicts with chat which is not
the only thing I can conclude from this is that the makers of this game want to answer this question.
So I'm not putting any more real money into this game or whatever game they make.

If you mean you posted a thread about it, something in your post might have violated the Steam ToS. Steam admins will remove threads pertaining to cheating due to the negative reaction it gets from gamers in general and the thread then devolves into useless rubbish even if the OP wanted the thread to be useful in some way.

In theory, it's possible in 3 hours.

3 hours is 180 minutes.
422 races in 180 minutes is 2.34 races per minute.
2.34 races per minutes is 1 race every 25.5s

I don't know what race tier you are at (Bronze, Silver, Gold Diamond), but that should be possible if the player has the right cars, card levels and booster set levels.
