Played with my wife. Neither of us enjoyed the game. Much like PlateUp, the gameplay is mostly "do things separately there is no need for co-operation", and also like PlateUp, the progression is "unlock new things that make the game harder in a way that's less fun", which is really weird (contrast, Overcooked also progresses to harder but it does it by being new levels with harder tasks, not by the player-characters for some reason selecting to purchase things that make their own lives more difficult).

Feels like doing a job, not like playing a game. Not sure if it scales weirdly such that it would have been easier with more players; with two it feels like it gets almost impossible to 5-star pretty quickly, after you buy the first restaurant expansion which puts a stupid tedious wall in the way of walking between the kitchen and customers (and you can't even put things on it because it's 100% bar-service and you're not allowed to set things down even on unoccupied tables)... and a drink machine in almost the worst possible location that also forces you to walk that stupid artificial hallway an extra time.

At least in PlateUp you have two hands.

Also annoying, when a customer wants a drink, the icon for the drink becomes very tiny and the part of it that shows which color of drink is even smaller, to the point that it's actually hard to see, so if you don't remember the drink color from the brief "zoomed in" view of the order (or look at the top for the ticket and remember which location you were talking to when that ticket appeared) you can no longer tell what color of drink to deliver. There also didn't seem to be a trash location that we could identify, so if you accidentally pick up the wrong color of drink you have to just throw it on the floor.

Luckily the customers all love to just eat burgers that they've seen you throw on the floor right in front of them.

Oh yeah, and the jogger salad customers are a terrible idea. I WANT A SALAD NOW NO TOO LATE I'M LEAVING.

I liked the multiplayer feature and that I can use both the keyboard and a controller. I did not like the fact that I can not play multiplayer with other people online such as my friends.
