Is the game getting more updates and/or DLCs? There is mention of a Final Patch 1.4.0 but I dont know if that means it will not get any more updates... So is the game still being developed with more fixes and contents/DLCs in mind or its a completed game now? Thanks....

I completed the game twice, once before the first DLC and once after the Underworld DLC came out. Both times I was disappointed, because once I unlocked all skills level ups were completely useless, nothing, not even +1 Max HP or something. Now I'm playing the game again. I'm close to finishing the main quest and am lvl 71 and running out of skills to level up. I noticed some differences- some skills had more levels, minor changes to the map and major changes the Crown region. Also more food recipes which...

Anyone else get this, and upon booting up the game, get the Windows popup message asking if you "want this app (Steam Client Service, in this case) to make changes to your device?" I get it every time I update drivers, etc, but never had this happen with a game before....
