how to play bullet hell mode?

When launching the game the game offers you 2 start up options, one is "play game" and one is "launcher". You'll have to launch said launcher and go to the "misc" category. There is a tickbox named bullethell mode and then have to save your selections and launch the game. If you want to make sure you have it enabled you can also tick "display info on screen" in the graphics tab.
