Get a bunch of spare controllers, activate four other players with those controllers, have those aliens from said controllers ride on top of you, and then ride an enemy.

Alternatively, if you do not have that many spare controllers or do not want to micromanage that much, you will need to find at least one other person willing to help you out. You can actually do it in a team of two easily by both of you using dispatcher, riding the alien and then swapping places with it, then one of you rides on top of the other player, and then the player in control rides an agent. Of course, you can do this with more players as well.
