Why the game was removed from the store?

Someday You'll Return is no longer available on the Steam store

Will it return back?
Missed it, is there any way to get an activation key?

They released a director's cut version.

and previous owners seem to not get any loyalty discount(for free or discounted) for owning the original game.

If I read it correctly, developers stated themselves that the upgrade to Director's cut is free for all PC owners.

It's free to owners of the original. Someday You'll Return: Director's Cut appeared in my Library automatically. I just needed to download it.

I wonder if the free update to the Director's cut will come to GOG.
It's one of the games where I have the GOG version and the Director'S cut is not on GOG yet.
