Issues in Chapter 6 - door won't open

Hiya all

I am at the start of the basement of the Water Station. Just after the room starts to fill with water, I have drained it; used the chain device to hold the next valve door open; opened both valves in the next room; listened to the conversation where Stela & Alexander climb up the (now broken) ladder; and moved the crank device at the end of the corridor.

I can't see any way to proceed now. Looking at a video online, it looks like the door to the left of the device should be open, but it's not in my game - and I can't seem to get it to open no matter what I do. I also didn't trigger the main character saying "Guess that chain wasn't that strong after all", or something - so I suspect my game may be broken.

Any ideas?

For anyone else that runs into the same problem: I had to reload an earlier game before you drop into the room that fills with water. Game worked on that play through.

Door remains closed despite playing the flooded part again. Developer gonna fix this bug? Cannot advance.

This bug still occurs as well as a bug when locking up the cabin, it would not proceed. However, reloading save from when entering both areas fixes the issue.

So I just got the same bug, and apparently by turning the valve in the room where u find it just unbugs the game. Idk how thats connected but it worked.

PS:
I think the valve I was talking about is the one that opens the door under. And that could be why the game refuses to unload that zone.
