Nothing happened, you can build with glass as always.

GardenPaws doesn't take away items, the only thing is that certain items are only available during certain in-game seasons/events, but every time the season returns, so will the item.

It's so difficult to enjoy the content when the game is constantly having issues running.

I have a question: Where is the rice mill? Or how can we get a rice mill?

The bulletin board quests are working now but you turn them into the person asking for the item now instead of to the board

You need to follow the quest line starting with Abby for rice seeds and after you harvest the first batch, you'll unlock the blueprint shortly after
