Did I miss Viking Brothers 1? How do I get it?

This game downloaded in local language only. However I'd like to download it in English copy. I tried to find the option button of language, but failed. Please, let me know how I can get English one of the game.

I must have missed the tutorial on this building because I have no clue what its purpose is. Anyone know? Edit: Figured it out. It increases your maximum for each resource from 20 to 30.
