I download using steam desktop platform. but, start err. Steam desktop platform is not find exe. Run Circle Up.exe can load logo, and after Update err Program configuration is not available.

Although you said in the previous users post on July 19th that the issue was fixed, it most certainly is not. Steam can't find the executable (although it is present in the folder, and you can start the game from there but it will crashing, telling you it has an invalid app configuration). I'm not sure what happened in your update but it is still broken...

I get some poorly worded "instructions" while the game is playing in the background. I lose because I never actually get to see what is going on. It's sad really.
