Acro FS

A note for Oculus headset owners
If you use Acro FS with an Oculus headset, you'll need to launch in Oculus mode for now.

We are having issues with SteamVR not reporting the status of the proximity sensor on the Rift. We hope to have a solution soon.

To save everyone else's time. Do not attempt to launch this game in VR, on an Oculus Rift, while Steam VR is enabled. You won't be given the prompt to launch the game in Oculus Mode. Simply launch the game as you would any other game. You'll then be prompted to play in either Desktop Mode, SteamVR Mode, or Oculus Mode.

I spent far too long trying to figue out why the game would't render in the HMD. :P

Thanks, I recently switched over from a Dell WMR headset to an Oculus Rift so this info was invaluable! I found that the easiest way for me was to launch from my Steam library page, then right click Acro FS and select launch with Oculus Rift. It then opens my Oculus home and starts up fine. I was also able to create an Oculus Tray Tool profile for Acro FS and for me, setting SS to 1.5, ASW = 0, and cpu priority = high looks and works great.
RIFT S: I've just downloaded the game, seems to be next level but, I can't see my mouse on VR and controllers are not active.
No VR controller support. You need flight sticks (see store page requirements. To move around menus in VR you need to use your keyboard arow/enter/esc keys. Maybe try running it in non-vr first to get used to things. Cheers.
hey, great stuff here. Couple of things: I can't use my mouse in-game and when I change the display resolution in-game it changes my windows resolution. That should not happen, ever. It's not reliable when the game messes with things outside the game border, including windows.
