last update was in December 2024, is this game still being worked on?

If there is a tutorial, I'm kind of expecting it at first to hold my hand and then gradually get a little more difficult. Also, when it asks us to click something, wish it was highlighted. Took me some time to find guest book and the next step, make the guest room for Level 2 pool guest, it doesn't nudge you where to go or what to do *like a circle around a bed. The placement took when I finally found a good bed, was driving me crazy. It doesn't fit where I want it (when deleting the bed that was there). P...

I have been playing this game for a while and I figured out why its crashing. When you have the cleaners "housekeepers" active the game crashes. I tried the game several times with no cleaners activated, let it run for hours and no crash. Having the housekeepers active is more fun, so I hope the creators can fix the script....

I am at 3 stars now in the hotel rooms and 3-5 stars in all my areas. I have more than ample facilities in all my areas including the spa, pool, and bar. What I am seeing day after day is that the guests will not finish the things on their agenda lists even though they have time and facilities to do so!!! For examples: in the spa, one will use the sauna 3-4 times, but not use the tanning bed or mud bath; in the bar, one will play darts 4-5 times, but never go play billiards even with open space at a billia...

...doesn't work at all. I asked to clean my bedrooms 4 times a day with high priority,but have to ask manually to clean them. One hour later my cleaning staff simply stopped to clean anything and stay in the cleaning room. My staff isn't unhappy and I have 5 cleaning people for 8 bedrooms,should be enough I think. Thanks....
