Honestly, I don't get it...who upvoted this game, that it became popular? I never got past the main floor and the one below it. I wandered around for 3 hours, never saw anything or anyone (except once, I think...some creature carried a guy away? But then I wasn't allowed to follow them and they disappeared, so...) When I move mouse, camera lags all the time. It is impossible to play. I tried full screen/bordeless; different resolutions; worst details; vsync on/off; vsynch on in nvidia control panel and off in game - it seems nothing helps. What else can I try?

I had an "ok" time with the game (exploring the house was fun), but my main criticism would be the "hold your breath" mechanics which is almost pointless. I only had to use it when going through the purple mist, or the dust, or near a fireplace. It has no meaning whatsoever for regular enemy encounters.
