1. A detailed description of the issue you're experiencing.
2. Confirmation you have met the minimum spec requirements and have tried ALL of the relevant fixes in this thread.
3. Your system specs including your version of Windows as well as any details on relevant external devices (for example, for audio issues, please list your speakers or headphones).
4. For black screens or crashes, please send your log file which is located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Wales Interactive\Maid of Sker send us the Player.log file.
