After about an hour of play (sometimes half an hour), FPS drops to 1-3, sometimes it jumps from 30 to 3 and again to 30 every 2 seconds, while the game consumes only part of the PC's power (GPU 30%/CPU34%/RAM50%) RX5700 ryzen5 16GB RAM, the game is on HDD, before this for sure there wasn't, what could be the problem?
