how to play DLC

i have bought both DLC but i do not know how to access it in game

Both DLC add a new solo campaign.
To not being spoiled, I suggest you make all the 5 campaigns in the default order (Polognia > Rusviet > Saxonia > Usonia > Rusviet Revolution).
Also, "Operation Eagle" DLC allows you to play the Usonian faction on each game mode (skirmish, multiplayer, ...).
