I play Quick 1v1 maps. If you pick easy difficulty the bot will wait for like 5 minutes in the base before moving out enough time to gather all ressources. Defeat him for another achievment.

i try achievement hunt too, if you want we can try it together

If it's about capturing Resource Points:
1) Start a skirmish mission with AI (Easy) on the big 6v6 map, so that you and him are in close corners
2) Kill all his units and structures except HQ and keep your hero near so that he kills anyone who spawn
3) Produce as much engineers as possible and put them to resource points but DO NOT capture them
4) Once you have 10+ units ready on standby quickly give them orders to capture points
5) Once orders are done immediately save the game
6) Wait for points to be captured then play an infinitely fun game of load\load\load
P.S. same can be done for 500 matches won, just saves a few points before victory.
