the Rusviet Revolution though, ends with a cliffhanger they have no intention of continuing on.
other than that, i dont really know why people would have an issue. There is a growing sense the game was abandoned by the devs to work on "other things" and that feeling of abandonment on the game may spur negative reviews forward. which is understandable.
The DLC itself was OK, but it broke the balance of the game multiplayer-wise. Usonia is ridiculously OP, and the devs were refusing to communicate with the playerbase hence the bad feedback. Right now this game is effectively dead, and I doubt it can be saved at this point. The devs would have to make a second game and not make any of the same fatal mistakes they made developing this one, and even that is unlikely to win the players back.
