Game Language in Menu
Does anyone know how to change the overall language of the game? I am from Germany and my whole game is in German. I am playing all games in englisch. There doesn't seem to be a language tab in the properties section in the steam library.

Does anyone know how to change it?

Yes you can switch the voice and text language.
In the options tab, there are options to switch both the UI language and the voiceover language.
