Hello!

Please read this sticky carefully, as we can only provide limited support on technical issues here on STEAM and we may need details (dxdiag/WEV logs) about your system to help.

Tools to solve issues

Windows Event Viewer

When you encounter an issue like black, white, or blue screens you should consult the given error messages (if applicable).

Furthermore, Windows runs an app named Windows Event Viewer. You can access it via Windows search.

Type “Windows Event Viewer” in this search box and get started.

When the app opens you find multiple tabs, system and applications tabs are the ones where events are shown. Errors and warnings should yield results, all events are time-stamped, so they are easy to track down.



DxDiag

Sometimes a DxDiag comes in handy as well, here is how to create it:

Go to your TaskBar and click “Start”. Click "Run". In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and click Ok. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should now appear. Click "Save all information". A "Save As" window should open. Click "Save". (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt) Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Game log

Every time the game crashes it creates a log in

C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\KingArt\IronHarvest

You should provide this log to our support when you contact them. Please note the log is overwritten whenever you start the game anew.
