No internet site has helped with this. Why is this the only game that can't go full screen?

damn i have windows 11 n the screen is small... looking into a current fix.

Hi, I am on windows 11, game is staring but it only opens very small. Any suggestions how can I fix that?

This isn't playable for me, I don't get a full screen, just a small square in the centre, and some buttons aren't even visible, how do I make this full screen? I don't care about 1920, but I get a square that must be 800x600 or something...
