What is the difference between this game and the original one?
I thought it was an updated version of the original game, but seems it's a totally different game with the same story(or not even the same?). Does this game cover all the routes in the old one? If not, what is this game missing, how much percent of content this game has compared to the old one.
And also, if this game has less content than the old game, did they delete some routes or they just simplified the story?
I only watched the anime, but this animatic thing is really fascinating to me, any suggestion of which game should I buy, this game or the original game.

So this is the same story as the original, and mostly uses the same script, but with animation from the anime (plus new animation for some scenes that weren't in the anime) instead of the original more distinct still art. There is a little bit of content that was removed, but some is just moved around a little and appears in a different spot. One thing that was added was a *lot* more message board posts to read.

As to which you should get, it's up to you. A lot of people *hate* this one because the animated art is more generic than the more unique still art, but imo having the story be animated does make it more dynamic. I don't know I'd say one is definitively better than the other, they both have their pluses.
