[Regarding Issues Purchasing "STEINS;GATE: Linear Bounded Phenogram"]
During the initial release of STEINS;GATE: Linear Bouned Phenogram, there were store configuration issues that may have prevented some of you from purchasing the game.
Valve has updated the configuration so there should be no issue with future purchases.
If you purchased STEINS;GATE ELITE and were unable to also purchase Phenogram, you can still purchase it with one of the following options:
  • Refund STEINS;GATE ELITE, then repurchase it. Phenogram is now included as part of the retail package by default.
  • Contact Steam Support and explain the situation. They will add Phenogram to your account

Almost one week and still nothing. The Crashes Glitch is something that should have gotten fixed in the first 48 hours of release, if not during the port to steam that lasted for months. And we get no response yet. This is sad :(

order like a 49 cent item along with linear bounded phenogram in cart, then refund the 49 cent item and keep phenogram if you already own s;ge.

i think you didn't understand steps fully then.

add bundle to your account, with linear bounded phenogram... it will be $0.00, then find a $0.49 item on steam and add it to cart, buy BOTH items combined for "myself", and then you'll have LBP, then refund the 49 cent item or whatever, or keep it.

A patch has just came out and fixed the Crash Glitch. GO PLAY NOW

They just added linear bounded phenogram to my account after 4 days.
I'm so glad we can officially support this amazing but still very niche franchise (at least outside of japan, where it's a big success).

What option did you choose to they added the game in your acount? I contact the game support and they said me I had to contact the steam support, but I don't know what to choose

next time you buy something, put lbp into your cart.
