remove the space between media and fire and then, then download and replace JustCause2.exe from your just cause 2 file directory. open and play. enjoy

All I did was go to the main game folder, right click the game application and run as administrator. Game started up no problem after having issues launching through steam. Just another possible fix if anyone needs it.
