Long Version: The deluxe edition comes with the DLC that gives the first nine character packs in one DLC. The ultimate edition gives you everything the deluxe does plus some t-shirts and in-game items. I'm not sure if the t-shirts can be obtained in a different DLC or not, but even if they can't they probably aren't worth the price difference between the deluxe and ultimate editions.
If not, anyone please provide if you can through family sharing option
