Do this:

- Go to the Last Rites game folder and open dosbox.conf in a text editor
- Scroll down to the bottom and find the line that says ctmousey.exe
- Delete it
- So now your [autoexec] section should look like this:

mount c: game

imgmount e "game\cd\last_rites.iso" -t cdrom

c:

cd lr

lr

exit

- Save and close the file

When you start the game and gain control of your character, press F5 to invert the y-axis so that moving the mouse up aims up and down aims down.
