Problem with aspect ratio

the game launches in fullscreen mode, but the aspect ratio makes it so I can only see the top left portion of the screen, and I can't click anything so I'm just stuck on the Terms and Service agreement screen. I've tried alt+enter, I've tried changing the launch options to get it into windowed, but it's stuck in fullscreen with a too-large aspect ratio. Any Suggestions?

I had the same issue. I fixed it by optimising the game with Nvidia control centre.

I found a solution! For me I had to go into my "NVIDA" app > Home > Sekiro setting > Underdriver setting turn "Image Scaling" on > lunch game > game setting > Graphics Options > pick your resolution > enjoy. After you might have to reset your monitors resolution if it changes.
